Completion of a New York DMV-approved Point and Insurance Reduction Program (also known as PIRP and defensive driving) provides a 10% reduction, for 3 years, of the motorist's liability, no-fault and collision insurance premiums. Your car insurance discount is awarded on your current policy. You do not have to change your insurer or insurance agent.
Got a traffic ticket? Need to reduce the points on your license? This New York Online Defensive Driving course is for you. Simply complete this course to remove up to four points off your license. To qualify, you must have received the points within 18 Months of course completion.
